Abstrakt: The article presents the case of a 10-year old boy with a supracondylar process syndrome and its treatment. The supracondylar process is usually asymptomatic and is revealed only during routine radiographic examination after an injury. In rare cases, pain, paresthesias in the hand and fingers, weakness of the associated extremity, and mass or swelling over the distal medial portion of the arm are accounted. Patients with these symptoms are given analgesics, advised to rest, to avoid exacerbating positions, and to wear upper extremity sling.
