Abstrakt: Chapter 13 of the book "The A-Z Guide to Federal Employment Laws for the Small Business Owner," by Shannon Johnson is presented. It offers information on the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), which was introduced in order to resolve problems between employers, employees, and labor organizations and prevent strikes and employee walkouts.
