| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the need for the enforcement of criminal laws which prevent the stigmatization of HIV-positive people from the administration of justice. It notes that international concern has risen for the criminalisation of HIV non-disclosure, potential exposure, and non-intentional transmission. It mentions that prosecution has focused on the exposure to the risk of transmission instead of the criminal HIV transmission. |
