The article discusses a research study on the control of clostridial necrotic enteritis (NE) in broiler chicken and how radiant energy-treated lysozome antimicrobial blend can affect it. Researchers challenged the performance of Entegard REV on the performance of broiler chickens and the reduction of NE disease with Eimeria maxima and Clostridium perfringens. Results showed the effectivity of Entegard REV in the reduction of negative health effects in broiler chickens compared to high gross NE mortality rate and gross NE lesions without medication. |
