| Abstrakt: |
In this article the authors discuss the ways that people with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders are treated in the Canadian judicial system. They suggest that because people with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder may be at an increased risk for maladaptive behaviors that may lead to criminal activity, mental health practitioners need to consider the implication that the disorder may have on the legal system. |
