| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of a 20-year-old female with bimaxillary protrusion, a convex profile, and full and incompetent lips. It states that a molar-stabilizing power arm (MSPA) was used for the application of the retraction forces to avoid biomechanical side effects. It says that space closure and bimaxillary proclination were completed in eight months without adverse effect. It relates that the patients showed a good Class I dental relationship after 14 months of treatment. |
