Abstrakt: The article presents a training program for inexperienced bicycle riders who only have 12 weeks to prepare to participate in events like the Gong Ride, the Audax Alpine or Fitz's Challenge. According to the author, it is important to choose the appropriate challenge ride. It suggests riding at least three times a week, preferably four, and up to six times a week. In order to determine one's maximum heart rate, they can do 220 minus age.
