The article reports on the conference held on July 19 & 20, 2010 at the Technical College of Cologne, Germany, entitled "Concepts in Context - Cologne Conference on Interoperability and Semantics in Knowledge Organization". Included is a description of the 11 lectures on the theoretical aspects of knowledge organization in regard to modern technologies. The CrissCross project, sponsored by the technical college in Cologne to create a multilingual research vocabulary, was the main topic of discussion. |
