The article gives an update on the Shakespeare Oxford Society. One is the need to redirect media attention on the Shakespearean authorship issue after James Shapiro tried to end it in his book "Contested Will, Who Wrote Shakespeare?" Another is the need to raise 20,000 U.S. dollars to sustain the publication of its newsletter. It also shares some good news including the BBC interview with "The Oxfordian" editor Michael Egan and the honor "The Oxfordian" as the best American academic journal on the authorship issue from William Niederkorn. |
