| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the status of the Liberal Party of Canada (LPC) in the early 21st century. The LPC is described as incorporating many elements of social democracy, although the author clarifies that it is a different sort of social democracy from the types existing in Europe. Comments are made about the LPC's probable campaign loss against Canadian conservatives at the next elections. Suggestions are given for the LPC to become more politically and socially relevant to Canadians. |
