Abstrakt: The article recalls the career of blues musician Charlie Whitehead in the U.S. Whitehead's 1970 album "Raw Spitt" failed to succeed because of the record label's inability to compete with major labels. Whitehead continued to write and record songs in the 1970s. He released the album "Love Being Your Fool" in 1975 with Island Records and "Charlie Whitehead at Yellowstone" in 1977.
