Abstrakt: The article reports on the research by Northwestern University which explores a third way which revealed that creative expertise with deep knowledge of audience experiences will build long-term media reader and viewer loyalty in the U.S. It states that data from the research has allowed journalism practitioners to use experience to motivate audience engagement and increase media usage. Moreover, the research shows that media managers need to blend creative instincts to earn audience loyalty.
