The article offers information on how to request for debriefings after an offeror had experienced an unsuccessful bid. The offeror must remember that debriefings should be requested and received by the contracting officer (CO) within three days after notice of exclusion. When offerors has received the debriefings, they should understand why they are unsuccessful, understand that their proposal was treated fairly and evaluated in accordance with the request for proposal (RFP). |
