| Abstrakt: |
The article reports on the effects of the activation of microglia in the Central Nervous System (CNS). The activation of microglia leads to increased regulation of cytokines interleukin (IL-1β), TNF-α at the messenger RNA and protein levels. The data indicated that macrophage in the CNS may play a role in the neurons' damaging process. |
