Full-length genome analysis of hyper-virulent isolate HUB2 of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus.

Abstrakt: The article presents a study on the genome analysis of HUB2, a porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), which was obtained in HuBei Sheng, China. It states that the virus broke out in 2006 which presented symptoms of high fever. It mentions that the complementary deoxyribonucleic acid (cDNA) analysis of the HUB2 strain revealed a nucleotide identity from the North American strain VR-2332 and the European strain Lelystad.
