Abstrakt: The article reports on the veterinary study of Gong Qiang and colleagues which aimed to determine the immune efficacy of bivalent combinations and double fusion DNA vaccine from Mycobacterium bovis. It states that the DNA fragments of ag85b.mpb64 and ag85b-mpb64 were amplified and spliced through PCR by overlapping extension (SOE) technique. The homology of complete genome nucleotide fusion of DNA vaccine represents a promising approach to prevent mycobacterium diseases.
