| Abstrakt: | An interview with Drum Corps International (DCI) Hall of Fame drill designer and educator Gary Czapinski is presented. When asked regarding production of show, Czapinski notes on controlling it through engaging the audience from one moment to another and making it interesting. He adds that he listens to the music, graphs the ebb and flow of the music, and brings the music to life. He notes that the lack of focal point and poor transitions are the common mistakes in different shows. |
