The authors discuss the management of knee osteoarthritis by chiropractors. The treatment of such appendicular joint pathology by chiropractors is discussed. The use of full kinetic chain manipulative therapy (FKC) for knee osteoarthritis is mentioned. The diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis based upon American College of Rheumatology (ACR) guidelines is noted. |
