This article offers insights on the history of the publishing company Unicorn Press, which started to operate in 1965 in England, and the beginning of translating several foreign contemporary literatures. He states that translations of the literature began to appear in 1968 under the imprint of the publishing company Anvil Press Poetry Ltd. He mentions that they went to Greensboro, North Carolina in 1973 to begin the periodical "International Poetry Review." |
