Abstrakt: In this present study, the media teaching material that used the case image and the dynamic scene was produced and CBL was executed. It aimed to investigate the student's reaction by using the lesson and the teaching material evaluation questionnaire based on the ARCS motivation model about the charm of the lesson and the teaching material. After the lesson had ended for this 69 people of the third graders who had attended the CBL class, the questionnaire survey (five stage rating scale method) was done. An item about "Relevance" was the highest in the mean of a 4 factor of an ARCS incentive model, and it was 4.7. "Attention" and "Satisfaction" was 4.5. "Confidence" was 4.4. "Relevance" obtained the high appraisal. I think it means this lesson method was related to learner's important desire, value, and target. "Attention" received high acclaim. This means there is a novelty in this method, and the student was remarkable. "Confidence" received high acclaim. It may be said that this method causes affirmative expectations, and means to the learner the enlightenment of confidence to the success. "Satisfaction" received high acclaim. It means this method is useful for the continuance of learner's willingness to learn. It can be said, CBL with a media teaching material I executed this time was "Attractive lesson and teaching material". However, it is a result only of the one training school strictly, and it cannot be said the finding that can be applied also to other training schools. Further examination is necessary in future.
