Abstrakt:	Investigates survival, morbidity, and resource use in a large cohort of extremely preterm infants. Overall survival rate among infants of 25 weeks' gestational age or less; Incidence of chronic lung disease, intraventricular hemorrhage, necrotizing enterocolitis, retinopathy of prematurity, nosocomial infections, and multiple gestation; High incidence of mortality and morbidity of extremely preterm infants.
