Chapter 4 of the book "A New World of Knowledge: Canadian Universities and Globalization" is presented. It looks at the internationalization of university research in Canada particularly in the area of scientific research. An overview of the evolution of Canadian programs for promoting international scientific exchanges is also provided. It also analyzes the changes in scientific publications and offers insights on the internationalization of sources of research funding for Canadian researchers. |
