The article discusses the effectivity of SPEED self-ligating bracket system. It highlights the two clinical studies which determine the effectiveness and efficiency of self-ligating bracket compared with the conventional system in reducing chairtime in archwire changes. It outlines the result of the clinical studies and suggests that self-ligation bracket system is a cost-effective and efficient treatment technique with minimal force for patients to feel comfortable. |
