The article reports on the provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) signed by U.S. President Barack Obama on March 23 2010. It notes that Obama also signed Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act (HCERA), which have significant changes to the PPACA. PPACA prohibits any group of health plan or insurance issuer to impose any lifetime or annual limit on the value of the benefits. |
