The article offers information related to pregnancy. Body mass index (BMI) before pregnancy helps to determine how much weight one must gain during pregnancy. Exercising during pregnancy helps to prevent complications, reduces stiffness and soreness and builds stamina for delivery. Morning sickness is associated with low miscarriage rate, which can be dealt by drinking fluids and frequent eating. Ultrasounds are necessary to monitor fetal developments and diagnosing complications. |
