| Abstrakt: | The article offers information on the Conservation Banking guidance and Recovery Credit Systems (RCS) guidance in the U.S. The Conservation Banking guidance considers the use of credits by both private and public landowners to satisfy mitigation requirements under Section 7 and 10, respectively, of the Endangered Species Act. The RCS guidance only considers a federal landowners purchase of credits. |
