Abstrakt:	The article focuses on Urban Prep Academy, an all-boys public charter high school in Chicago, Illinois. Particular attention is given to the fact that all of the school's 107 graduating seniors have been accepted to 75 different universities and colleges. According to Tim King, the academy's founder and chief executive officer (CEO), the school's success is a result of the students' and faculty's commitment to the goal that all students will graduate and attend college.
