An interview with soccer coach and National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) member Martin Vaásquez is presented. When asked about his description of a perfect coach, he refers to a coach who is honest, knows how to encourage and motivate his players and committed to the goals and objectives that the team wants to achieve. He also recommends coaches to be just, fair and give advice from the heart to have good team management and build strong relationship to their players. |
