Abstrakt:	The article presents the author's view on the effect of traditional playtime to the performance improvement of young soccer players in training. The author is critical on the focus of educational leaders or those who are responsible for directing educational trends in reducing the importance and value of physical education. He also recommends coaches to let young players solve their own disputes or problems to be able to enhance their social and problem-solving skills.
