An interview with David H. Kalsbeek, the enrollment officer of DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and professor Donald Hossler is presented. When asked regarding the involvement on college and universities student retention, Kalsbeek states that his involvement began when he was the Saint Louis University search director in Missouri. Meanwhile, Hossler became interested on the student persistence research when he was at the California Lutheran University in California. |
