An interview with Corcoran Biennial Exhibit curator William Fagaly is presented. In the interview, Fagaly narrates meeting with Jane Livingston of the Corcoran Gallery of Art and being invited as curator of the Corcoran Biennial Exhibit. For the artists who would participate in the event, Fagaly consulted all his contacts, friends and colleagues in the 10 state region and asked them for suggestions and advice on artists they have an interest in and which they feel have promise. He reveals that there 86 pieces of work exhibited at the event. |
