Abstrakt: The article focuses on lifestyle modification to maximize physical energy for people of age 50 and up based on studies made by the Human Performance Institute in Orlando, Florida. It explores the importance of physical energy for older adults and cites factors that affect it including physical activity, rest and recovery, and nutrition. Moreover, the institute emphasizes the importance of hydration and a person's outlook in life for the maintenance of physical energy.
