Geoengineering: A Gender Issue?

Abstrakt: The article discusses the possibility of considering geoengineering as a solution to climate change to be included in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The author mentions that geoengineering may have a devastating environmental, economic and social impact on the global South. Majority of people discussing geoengineering are men which causes gender issues in talks. Solar radiation management, carbon dioxide removal and sequestration and intentional weather modification are among the categories included in geoengineering.
