The article presents a study which assessed the effects of the concept of network centric warfare (NCW) on the command and control of the Australian Defense Force (ADF). It mentions that coalition military training and professional experience are important to reduce the different interpretation of the concept because they offer a common foundation and frame of reference for communication partners. The study highlights that NCW technologies do not always deliver military information efficiently. |
