| Abstrakt: |
The article presents the author's views on college presidential performance evaluation. He states that annual evaluations based on self assessment of the president have become more common for many reasons. Accordingly, the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB) recommended periodic comprehensive assessment as a separate procedure from an annual evaluation. It adds that presidential assessment allows the college trustees to deepen its understanding of the president. |
