Abstrakt: The article discusses research on the assessment of progress in global learning and how students develop with their study abroad experiences. The study used a survey with the pretest-posttest design in measuring the changes on the global perspectives of students in one semester of study abroad experiences in ten different program centers around the world through the Global Perspective Inventory (GPI). The study concluded that study abroad is ideal for the creation of optimal global learning for students that can add to holistic student development.
