Abstrakt: Chapter 27 of the book "The Tuskegee Airmen: The Men Who Changed a Nation" is presented. The author discusses the role of the enlisted men in the success of the Tuskegee Experiment. According to the author, General Henry Harley Arnold, Commanding General of the U.S. Army Air Forces, was initially against the proposal to activate an African-American Army Air Corps squadron. Despite Arnold's reservations, African-American enlisted personnel were successful in their duties.
