Abstrakt: |
The article offers information on different speech and language problems among children along with the information on when to refer them. It notes that speech impairment should not be confused with language problems. Impairments in speech include articulation disorder, dyspraxia, and phonological disorder. On the other hand, language problems include receptive and expressive language delay and language disorder manifested by persistent echolalia and difficulty of understanding. |
