Abstrakt:	The article focuses on Guta Moura Guedes's Efeito D (Effect D) project. It states that in view to her belief that Down Syndrome is more of a defect rather than a difference, she developed a project which is composed of a family of slightly skewed objects which tries to relate deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and the DNA of design. Meanwhile, her project will be exhibited at the Milan Furniture Fair and the event's will benefit Diferenças, a center serving children with Down syndrome.
