The article discusses a lawsuit delivered by Kimberly-Clark Corp. (K-C) against First Quality last September 2009 in the U.S. District Court at the Dallas Division in the Northern District Court of Texas. The case is meant to settle the "patent" issue that started when First Quality summoned K-C for its "Elastomeric Ears for Disposable Absorbent Article." However, K-C filed another case against First Quality group of companies including First Quality Products Inc. with a total of 14 patents. |
