Abstrakt: The article discusses the application of strongman training in exercises done by football players. Any new knowledge must usually come from an "inpert," which is defined as someone who develops knowledge outside the prescribed boundaries of a given science. According to the article body has several energy systems that carry out its functions, including immediate system, anaerobic glycolysis system, and oxydative system. It explains that claims that strongman training is similar to actual football movement and can increase transference strength.
