An interview with Gary Pechota, former chief of staff for the National Indian Gaming Commission, is presented. When asked about his business, the DT Track Consulting, Inc., he says it helps the Indian Health Service units to collect from insurers that facilitate the provision of health care to tribal people. He comments that Doctor Raymond Artusy, his professor in Black Hills State University, pushed him to do his best. He believes that his work experience contributed positively to his performance in Stanford Business School. |
