Abstrakt: The article presents a study that examined trace mineral physiology in Indian male camels' serum. It is stated that Gujarat and Rajasthan camels were made to graze morning and evening on grasses and given water and that their blood samples were taken and the serum separated and analyzed. The concentrations of copper, iron, manganese and zinc observed in the serum may reportedly be due to the presence of these minerals in the feeds, fodder and soil of the region.
