Abstrakt: The article discusses test excavations conducted at the Swenson site, situated on the middle Snake River near King Hill, Idaho, by archaeologists from Boise State University. Description and analysis is presented for the artifacts found, including projectile points, ceramics, bone needles, and tools such as knives and hammerstones. Animal and fish remains are also discussed, and conclusions are drawn about the occupations and mobility of the Late Archaic hunter-gatherers that frequented the site.
