The article focuses on Achieve Boston, a partnership of three intermediaries that create a professional development infrastructure for those in the out of school time endeavors. Achieve Boston aims to improve the overall quality of after-school programs by ensuring that youth have access to comprehensive training and educational opportunities in order to develop their knowledge base. Achieve claims that its strength lies in its willingness to build on what had come in previous initiatives to address the out of school time field. |
