The article considers how the technology for the telephones designed by American inventors Elisha Gray and Alexander Graham Bell evolved. The authors disagree with the theories presented by Seth Shulman's book "The Telephone Gambit: Chasing Alexander Graham Bell's Secret" which argued that Bell stole crucial innovations from Gray to develop his telephone system. |
