The article explores the concept of diabolical ventriloquism in the works of the authors C.S. Lewis, Flannery O'Connor, and Clive Barker. It shows that Lewis' book "The Screwtape Letters," "Mister B. Gone" by Barker, and "The Violent Bear It Away," by O'Connor show diabolical ventriloquism in different stories. It notes that Lewis and O'Connor, who are both Christians, have contemporary style in their works. It cites that non-Christian Barker thinks that the church is a corrupt institution. |
