| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of the use of endosseus dental implants in reducing gingival dislay with maxillary intrusion. Results of clinical investigations show significant indications that a patient with vertical maxillay excess may benefit greatly from maxillary impaction Le Fort I osteotomy. Analysis shows that osteotomy reduces display when smiling and the incisor display at rest making it one of the most effective way to repair abnormalities in teeth. |
