Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of a 1909-gram baby boy who was born at 29 weeks' gestation through a caesarian delivery due to fetal bradycardia. The patient was diagnosed of having prune belly syndrome associated with abdominal defect. The prenatal ultrasonography found that he had bilateral hydronephrosis, dilated fetal bladder, bilateral clubbed feet, and polyhydramnios. The article discusses the syndrome's diagnosis and the nature of its appearance. |
