In this article, the author discusses the alternative or appropriate dispute resolution (ADR) strategy being employed at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) to resolve issues between parties in dispute. ADR involves processes such as mediation, conferencing, conciliation and facilitation. The author also cites his experiences as an ADR judge at VCAT. |
